Raploch Regeneration

We are pleased to be working in partnership with Raploch Urban Regeneration Company, the Raploch Community, Scottish Government and Stirling Council on the regeneration of Raploch. The completion of our first 50 homes was opened by Housing Minister Alex Neil in May 2010. The regeneration plans, which are being led by the Raploch Urban Regeneration Company (URC), involve the construction of 900 new homes, of mixed tenure, by developers Cruden Homes and Taylor Wimpey.  Each phase of housing contains a mix of homes for sale and rent and has been designed in an integrated way, so that the different tenures cannot be differentiated. This creates a genuinely mixed community where owners and tenants live together.
