About Us

We are a ‘not-for-profit‘ organisation which provides rented housing and low cost home ownership for people who need it.  We are registered as:

• a social landlord with The Scottish Housing Regulator.
• a charity with the Office of the Scottish Charities Regulator.

We have to meet the high standards which these organisations set down for Housing Associations with charitable status. 

Like other registered social landlords, we have members who hold a £1 share and a voluntary Management Committee elected from among the members.

The Committee is responsible for the overall affairs but our team of professional staff carry out the day to day work who make sure our customers business is kept entirely confidential.
