We aim to deliver a good mix of social rented properties and low cost home ownership, ensuring properties are maintained at affordable rent levels.

At present, we own and manage 512 rented properties and 29 shared ownership properties, throughout the Stirling area.

Our future development programme includes the provision of new homes for affordable rent and low cost home ownership in a number of areas of Stirling, Fallin and Dunblane.  We are also working the private developers to provide affordable rented properties alongside private housing, as required by Stirling Council's Affordable Housing Policy.
