We aim to deliver a good mix of social rented properties and low cost home ownership, ensuring properties are maintained at affordable rent levels.

At present, we own and manage 512 rented properties and 29 shared ownership properties, throughout the Stirling area.

We have a strong development programme for the future working with partners including Stirling Council and The Scottish Housing Regulator.  Moreover, the future development programme also includes the Raploch Regeneration area of Stirling. This will provide an additional 250 homes for social rent and low cost home ownership.
