New Build Developments

Our current list of new build housing gives an indication of the variety of properties that will be available in the near future. The list will be updated on a regular basis.

On Site

Polmaise Farm, Cambusbarron

As part of the Persimmon Homes development on the edge of Cambusbarron the builder has started work on 14 homes. These properties for rent comprise of 4p/3apt cottage flats, 4p/3pat flats and 5p/4apt houses.  The Contractor is making good progress and completion is due in Spring 2009.

The development is being funded by grant from the Scottish Government and a loan from the Dunfermline Building Society. It is our second development under Stirling Council’s Affordable Housing Policy and shows how partnership working can provide badly needed homes for people to rent.
