Homestake

The Association is committed to low cost home ownership.  Like Shared Ownership, Homestake aims to help people on low incomes who cannot afford to pay the full price for a house. Homestake properties are targeted to specific applicants eg first time buyers, existing Forth tenants or Stirling Council tenants.
