The Money Advice service aims to help you achieve your maximum possible entitlement to welfare benefits.

Our Money Advisor does this by giving advice and help on all kings of benefits including:

  • Disability Living Allowance
  • Pension Credit
  • Income Support
  • Incapacity Benefit
  • Working Tax Credit
  • Child Tax Credit
  • Housing Benefit
  • Council Tax Benefit
  • Any other state benefits

We offer a full check on what benefits you might be able to claim.  We then help with any relevant forms and other paperwork.  If you get turned down, we can help you to appeal.

We can also help with:

  • Budgeting
  • Accessing home insurance
  • Accessing a bank account
  • General information/advice on fuel issues eg grants, fuel bills, payment methods
  • General debt advice and referral to specialised service is required
