Rechargeable repair work

We do not undertake repairs / work which are the tenants responsibility unless in an emergency e.g. access to / securing a property or work which a tenant has been instructed to carry out but failed to do so. When we undertake work on a tenants behalf, the tenant will be advised in writing that they will be recharged the cost of the work incurred by us.
