Transfers

Tenants who wish to move into one of our properties usually only transfer if the accommodation they are living in no longer suits their needs. This may be the case for a wide range of reasons:

• Overcrowding ( but not if you sub-let or take in lodgers )
• Too few people for the size of the property - underoccupancy
• Health problems
• The need to live near relatives because you need their support.
