Forth's 30th Anniversary
As we enter 2018 Forth is approaching its 30th Anniversary. Back in 1988 a group of local people were working hard to establish a Housing Association based in Stirling and able to focus on local housing needs. On 14th March 1988 Forth Housing Association was formally registered and the task of building homes and providing landlord services begun.
Almost 30 years on Forth has developed into a well-respected landlord, with 800 homes and many more in the pipeline. The eastern part of the Stirling Council area has always been our focus and today we’re still dedicated to providing quality homes and services for this area. During the course of 2018 there will be a number of opportunities to look back at 30 years of achievement but more importantly there will be a number of exciting developments which will set us up for the next 30 years and beyond.
