An Update from Becky & Margaret - Forth’s Reception Staff Are Back At Work and And Are Running a Quiz!

"Most of you will already know us, as it is likely that if you have been in the office or phoned the office. We are either at the Reception desk or answering the phone.

However, over the last few weeks if phoning you may have noticed that we have not been around.  Our colleagues who were at work kept the office running in our absence with a skeleton staff.  You may be wondering how the office has coped with the current situation and how it looks now.  As you approach our front door you will see a poster on the door asking you to put your mail through the letter box – when you do this we will collect this as soon as we can.  Only one member of the public is now allowed in Reception at any one time and we have strict hygiene in place. 

If you wish an appointment at the office please contact us beforehand and book a pre-arranged appointment.

Inside the office has also changed due to social distancing and we are aiming to keep the office a safe environment for all.  Our Reception area is now screened off and also our staff desks.  Items of furniture have been relocated to enable social distancing.  Our office is cleaned regularly, such as door handles, office equipment, desks and any spaces that you have been within.
