Full Steam Ahead – New Homes In Raploch, Stirling

The construction of our latest homes in Raploch is accelerating across our sites at Drip Road and Raploch Road, following the phased restart to work on construction sites in June.   While capacity remains limited due to COVID-19 safeguards, work on drainage, roads and timber-kit erection is now under way.  Forth is building 53 new properties for rent.

Recently, our Chairperson, Gordon Mason, visited the Drip Road site and commented: “I am pleased to view the progress that is being made despite the necessary restrictions. It is great that Forth is continuing to provide much needed quality homes for affordable rent in these difficult financial times.”
