NEW VACANCY - PROPERTY/ ASSET OFFICER

We are currently looking to grow and strengthen our team and are now looking to recruit a new post of Property/ Asset Officer.

As Property/ Asset Officer, you will be responsible for effective operational delivery of high quality asset management services, ensuring value for money, exceptional quality and high levels of tenant satisfaction. This includes the delivery of day-to-day reactive repairs, cyclical maintenance, planned maintenance as well as adaptations to support independent living for our tenants. In addition, you will work closely with the housing management team on the effective delivery of voids and estate management within Forth Housing Association properties.

The successful candidate will have a good level of education and be able to demonstrate a relevant technical qualification.

We offer full EVH terms and conditions of employment to the successful candidate alongside 40 days annual leave including 15 public holidays. We also offer a flexible hybrid working approach.

Management Committee Member

Serving as a Committee member is both interesting and worthwhile: you will be helping to strengthen and develop the communities of Stirling and the eastern villages. Training is available and reasonable out-of-pocket expenses can be claimed. Meetings are usually held monthly in the early evening.

We are particularly interested in applications from:

  • our tenants and members of their household
  • our sharing owners and members of their household
  • residents in areas where we provide housing
  • individuals with skills and experience in governance, finance, construction, human resources, information technology, housing, social and economic development, regeneration and community development
  • statutory authorities and voluntary organisations
