Forth is currently under discussion with Stirling Council and a number of developers over further potential projects which include:

Raploch Site 6 (Gowanhill Gardens) – 36 houses and cottages flats for social rent

Croftside, Pirnhall – 21 houses and cottage flats for social rent (as part of a larger private development)
