Cyclical and Planned Maintenance

In order to maintain our stock, certain works/inspections are carried out at regular intervals eg painterwork or kitchen replacements. Where such work has to be undertaken tenants will be informed in advance.

We also arrange an annual gas safety check and it is crucial that you provide access. Failure to provide access will result in forced entry.
