Forth Housing Association - Corporate Services Assistant

Salary: £27,068 – £30,610 (EVH Grade 4)
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
Location: Stirling (Hybrid Working Available)

Forth Housing Association is a registered social landlord and charity, working to provide good-quality homes and reliable services for our tenants. As we continue to grow and improve what we do, we’re looking for a well-organised, customer-focused Corporate Services Assistant to join our team in Stirling.

This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll provide day-to-day administrative support across the organisation, while also helping us deliver a welcoming and efficient frontline service to tenants, customers and visitors.

We’re looking for someone with previous office or administrative experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine focus on good customer service. You’ll need to be comfortable juggling a range of tasks and working with different teams across the organisation.

Management Committee Member

Serving as a Committee member is both interesting and worthwhile: you will be helping to strengthen and develop the communities of Stirling and the eastern villages. Training is available and reasonable out-of-pocket expenses can be claimed. Meetings are usually held monthly in the early evening.

We are particularly interested in applications from:

  • our tenants and members of their household
  • our sharing owners and members of their household
  • residents in areas where we provide housing
  • individuals with skills and experience in governance, finance, construction, human resources, information technology, housing, social and economic development, regeneration and community development
  • statutory authorities and voluntary organisations
