Eight Properties At Bogside, Dunblane - Due for Completion mid March 2017

The construction of our 8 properties at Bogside, Dunblane is again progressing well. 

4 x 3p/3apt, 2 x 2p/2apt cottage flats 

1 x 2p/2apt and 1 x 3p/3apt wheelchair user bungalows

The anticipated completion is 20 th March 2017. The contractor is currently reporting 5 weeks delay, from the original contract completion of 13 th February, but is attempting to gain some time on internal works, in order to bring forward the completion date to nearer the original completion.

This small development will provide homes which have been specially designed to meet the needs of those who have mobility restrictions due to disability or old age. Under a special lettings agreement we are prioritising individuals or households who are current or former residents of the Dunblane area and/or have family living there.
